The Diploma in Food & Beverage Service offered by Mai Institute of Hotel Management is crafted to prepare students for the vibrant hospitality industry. This 18-month program includes 34 weeks of classroom learning and 24 weeks of industrial training, focusing on practical and theoretical aspects of food and beverage service operations.Students are trained in areas such as restaurant management, bartending, menu planning, customer service, and food safety. This course is open to those who have successfully completed their 12th standard with English as a subject. Graduates often pursue careers in hotels, restaurants, pubs, bars, cruise line, banquets& events, hospital catering, flight catering, etc. and some opt for entrepreneurial ventures.

Higher Secondary passed (10+2 passed) with English as a subject.
