Diploma in Front Office Operation
Diploma in Front Office Operations is an 18-month specialty course that provides students with theoretical knowledge and practical expertise in front office operations, guest services, reservation management, and concierge services across all hospitality and tourism sectors, with a focus on developing interpersonal and communications skills. The program prepares students to effectively work in a hotel as Receptionist, Guest Relations Officer, Reservation Officer, Cashier and Front Office Accounts Auditors. Theory and practical inputs are provided over a one-year period (2 semesters) followed by Internship experience for 6 months in the hospitality & tourism industry. The program is offered jointly by the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT), Noida, and the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi (designated by UGC as a University of Excellence).
Eligibility
Higher Secondary passed (10+2 passed) with English as a subject.
