Certificate in Food & Beverage Service is a 1-year course that is designed to equip students with basic skills required to undertake service of food and beverages in the hospitality industry. The curriculum offers academic and practical learning in understanding various types of food and beverages and their service methods, various types of food & beverage outlets and their operations, preparation and service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, hygiene & sanitation. Theory and practical inputs are provided over a 6-month period followed by Internship experience for 6 months in the hospitality & tourism industry.

Xth Class Pass under 10+2 pattern with English as a subject.
