Advanced Certificate in Hospitality Operations is an 18-month course that is designed to develop operational and technical skills of students for a career in the hospitality industry. The focus is on gaining key competencies in basic areas of hotel operations. The curriculum offers academic and practical learning in the operational areas of Food Production, Bakery & Pâtisserie, Food & Beverage Service, Front Office Operation and House Keeping. Theory and practical inputs are provided over a one-year period (2 semesters) followed by Internship experience for 6 months in the hospitality & tourism industry.

Eligibility

Xth Class Pass under 10+2 pattern with English.
