B. Sc. Hospitality and Hotel Administration is a three-year full-time undergraduate course encompassing all aspects of hospitality management. Designed for aspiring hospitality professionals, this course equips students with all the required skills, knowledge and attitude to efficiently discharge supervisory responsibilities in various sectors including star hotels, restaurants, housekeeping, culinary arts, food and beverage management, marketing, sales, event management & conferences, HR, tourism and hospitality business management. The program is offered jointly by the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT), Noida, and the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi (designated by UGC as a University of Excellence). The curriculum offers academic and practical learning in the operational areas of Food Production, Bakery & Pâtisserie, Food & Beverage Service, Front Office Operation and House Keeping.

Eligibility

Higher Secondary School (10+2) passed with English as a subject.
