Certificate in Food Production & Pâtisserie is a 1-year course that is designed to equip students with knowledge and basic skills required in the kitchens and in the bakery & confectionery department in the hospitality industry. Successful students after training are guaranteed jobs in the hospitality industry immediately on completion mainly at entry level as cooks, commis, kitchen assistants, etc. Theory and practical inputs are provided over a 6-month period followed by Internship experience for 6 months in the hospitality & tourism industry.

Eligibility

Xth Class Pass under 10+2 pattern with English as a subject.
