Traditional Christmas Cake Mixing Ceremony being organized at Mai Institute of Hotel Management , Sawantwadi, an #IHM affiliated to #NCHMCT under #MinistryofTourism Government of India.

The event had His Highness Yuvraj Shrimant Lakham Sawant Bhonsle and Her Highness Yuvrani Shrimant Shraddha Lakham Sawant Bhonsle, the Royal Couple from the Sawantwadi Palace, as Chief Guest and Guest of Honour, respectively. The event was helmed by our beloved Managing Director of the institute, Smt. Sai Thakur Bijlani.

The students of Mai Institute of Hotel Management, Sawantwadi, and the students of our sister HM institute, Jai Hind College of Science, Kudal, worked together to create this wonderful event, ably guided by their faculties and admin. staff.

The maceration of the ingredients is done; the mixture has gone into storage for the flavours to be incorporated till they are combined with other ingredients to bake delectable Plum cakes for Christmas 2024!
