MAIIHM has prepared a well-laid out plan for career development, preparing students for internships and final job placements through continuous assessment and industry engagement. The Training & Placements (T&P) Cell of MAIIHM nurtures relationships with the hospitality and tourism industry and actively seeks work opportunities for the students through its extensive network of industry partners, luxury hospitality establishments and international brands. The Institute contacts various five-star hotels in India and abroad and invites them for campus placements. Reputed hotel chains are invited to conduct campus interviews for the Management Trainee Program and Hotel Operations Trainee Programs offered by them. Students are also assisted in registering themselves with reputed placement agencies for international job opportunities.

The T&P Cell organizes specialized workshops on grooming, body language, technical sessions, communication skill building workshops, one-on-one coaching sessions, career pathway consultations and career seminar presentations for the students to make them industry-ready so that the students can perform at their optimal level during the on and off-campus interviews.

Final Job Placements will usually happen in the four core departments in Hotels & Resorts, Casinos, Cruise lines, etc.:
