How to Apply

You can submit your application for admission in two convenient ways:

Download and Submit a Physical Form

    • Step 1: Download the admission form by clicking the link below.
    • Step 2: Print and complete the form with all required information.
    • Step 3: Gather all necessary supporting documents (10th, 12th Marksheet, Transfer Certificate, Adhar Card, etc.).
    • Step 4: Submit the completed form and documents in person or by mail to our Admissions Office at:

Payment

Payment of Rs. 500/- towards admission application can be made by cash or by means of a Demand Draft issued in favour of ‘Mai Institute of Hotel Management‘ and payable on any bank in Sawantwadi.

  • 10th Marksheet
  • 12th Marksheet
  • Adhar Card
  • Caste Certificate (If Applicable )
  • Photos (2 nos.)
  • EWS Certificate (If Applicable)
